Dr. Meghan W. Sinning

Professional Dossier

Meghan W. Sinning has been a faculty member at Winona State University for over ten years, implementing research and regularly updated curricula to equip students with the best knowledge to serve others.

START HERE: Welcome to my professional dossier. It is a wonderful experience to reflect on my teaching practice at Winona State University, the first Normals School west of the Mississippi River. In true innovation, best practice, and self-reflection, I have approached the demonstration of my commitment to the WSU students and community in a way that is an authentic reflection of myself, my beliefs, and my teaching practices. Throughout my time at WSU, the collection of artifacts connected to the PDP/PDR process has grown. In an effort to provide accessibility and access, the information found in my professional dossier is added in real time and updated throughout the process. Under each criterion, you will find a sampling of the various artifacts. The shared artifacts are not exhaustive but rather hand-picked examples. The Artifacts tab holds past PDPs/PDRs and samplings of the associated artifacts. Thank you for joining me on this adventure!

Thanks!

Meghan
